“How Do You Drive?”

Back in the day of business lunches, my friend on this day noted that my conversation dwelled on my previous work rather than my great new job.

“How do you drive?” he said.

“With my hands on the wheel looking straight ahead,” was my response.

“Do you drive by constantly looking in the rear-view mirror?,” he said.

The point was well taken. Too often our minds are concerned with past actions and results rather than looking forward at new opportunities.

For manufacturers and licensees, are you planning for growth in ’23- ’24 or are

you avoiding expansion because of 2022 business?

The need to increase your sales with new product investment and licensing is greater than ever. How do you plan to drive? And when do you plan to grow?
